Plantopia Account and Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your Plantopia account and associated personal data at any time.
How to Request Deletion
Email nsoni@gravitonai.info with:
Subject: Plantopia Account Deletion Request
The email address associated with your Plantopia account.
A statement confirming that you want your account and associated data deleted.
For security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before completing the request.
What We Delete
After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify, where technically feasible:
Your Plantopia account and authentication information.
Plant profiles, care schedules, and plant-related details.
Uploaded plant and progress photos stored by Plantopia.
AI care-plan and plant-identification data associated with your account.
Subscription entitlement records held by Plantopia.
Deleting your Plantopia account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store:
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon.
Select Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select Plantopia and choose Cancel subscription.
Retention Period
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Some limited information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or transaction-record requirements.
